How to Perform The Massage
To perform this massage simply follow this few steps
Step 1
Lie down on your back on a comfortable surface with your abdominal region exposed.
Step 2
Overlap your hands on your lower belly and hold them here as you focus on your breath.
Step 3
Put oil on your palm and then Warm-up your hands by rubbing them together until they feel hot – about 15 seconds.
Step 5
Use the palm of your hand to start rubbing them in clockwise and counterclockwise rotations around your belly button. Perform this massage for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Place right hand flat on your left belly button. Begin rubbing in small circles around your belly button, gradually widening the circles using firm pressure. Each circle should take about one to two seconds. Do the same on the right side of belly bottom
Step 7
massage the centerline of your abdomen, starting below your sternum and ending at your pubic bone. Do three more lines an inch apart down the left side of the abdomen. Do the same on the right side of the abdomen.
Step 7
take the palm of your right hand, place it just above the top of the right side of your groin area and very firmly, move it up then around and down to the left side of your groin. Do the same on the left side three times
Step 8
Using the thumbs and the first two joints of the fingers, grab the skin of your belly horizontally starting at the lower part of your abdomen, just above the thighs and the top of the groin. If the rolls are thick, then you have a lot of belly fat to rub away. Roll these folds of skin between your fingers. Again, work in horizontal lines from the bottom of your abdomen up to the bottom of your rib cage. Work your entire abdominal area into your waist area and sides of your stomach. After you have rubbed your entire abdomen working horizontally, work the area vertically in the same manner
Step 9
Place both hands on either side of your belly with your palms facing each other. Push your hands toward each other while squeezing your belly between them.Do this 3-5 times.
Finally
Then grab your belly in both hands and shake your stomach. Do this for 10-15 seconds.
